Description
So, my old art-class from the gymnasium (part of the Swedish school-system) decided to, after three years, reunite to make an new exhibition at the local museum in my old hometown, Örnsköldsvik.
The theme for the exhibition was voted to be "Friendship", which I admittedly wasn't very happy about at first.
I however, started sketching some cute pictures of girls blowing soap-bubbles, and I was just about to ad the rainbows and the unicorns before I realized that it would be a little too... expected? And frankly, kinda unimaginative =/
So I decided to make something a little darker.
This is number 2 of the 2 images I made for the exhibition (here's #1 [link]).
The two of them is made using only Adobe Photoshop. The wallpaper was a pain to make, since I ended up making 2 different wallpapers, and 3-4 versions of each before I was satisfied with the result. It also feels like one of those things that would be much easier of I just learned how to use Illustrator
I printed them in 100x70cm and had them hung side by side, with the girl and the skeleton facing each other.
It was a really nice exhibition, and I think that all my old classmates did really well
And a big thanks to Sofia, who picked up and mounted the prints for me!
